Boiler engineering

In cooperation with John Thompson Boiler and Environmental Solutions, we design and install package boiler units.

New installation

We will take care of the full process from design phase until commissioning and provide solutions for oil/gas, coal/biomass or wood fired package boiler units. Steam output for these package boiler units, depending on the calorific value of the fuel used, ranges between 1,000 and 32,000 kg of steam per hour.

Conversion/Upgrade

Depending on your requirements conversions and/or upgrades can be custom designed. This includes, but is not limited to, change of fuel type, installation of chain grate, economizers or coal handling plants.

Stihl product support

The Stihl power tools are widely used and to ensure safe and durable operation, we provide operator training and machine maintenance.

Operator training

Depending on your requirements, we can organize operator training on site or at our Head Office in Thyolo.

Machine maintenance

Before supply of the power tools, our trained mechanics will set and test the machines according to our environmental conditions. If your machine breaks down or needs adjustments for optimum operation, we will find the fault, quote you for spare parts required and after approval repair the machine for you.

Conveyor belting support

Conveyor belt splicing

We make sure that the conveyor belt you have bought is fitted in a durable manner and with the highest precision. We will come beforehand to advise the length of conveyor belt required for precision fitting and possible adjustment to be done on the conveyor frame for a good fit and durable result.

Conveyor belt repairs

Existing conveyor belts get damaged and due to operational and/or financial requirements, it is sometimes more interesting to repair than to replace. We repair existing conveyor belts on site or at our Head Office in Thyolo. If we think the result of the repairs will not be durable and/or financially interesting we will tell you.

Steam system optimization

In Malawi, we represent Maxiflo®, a company which custom designs condensate removal systems, therewith replacing traditional methods such as steam traps, cascade systems and thermocompressors.
